Psalm 120:5-7 reads as follows:

Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech, That I dwell in the tents of Kedar! My soul hath long dwelt With him that hateth peace. I am for peace: But when I speak, they are for war.

This truth comes to us at one time or another.  We find ourselves in a situation where it seems everyone around us enjoys sin and prefers to walk in it.  Similarly, in these verses above, David finds himself within a people that takes his words and mingles them into war.  Have you ever experienced a time where it just seemed that everything you tried to do just backfired before your eyes?  When these times come, just look to God and remember that He works all things together for good for those who love Him.  When times come when it feels no one wants peace and understanding, just hold fast to the Word of God. In these situations, the Spirit will grant ALL YOU WILL EVER NEED.
