Romans 8:1-4 reads as follows:

There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

To walk feeling and knowing the truth above changes our walk. We can understand these truths but still not walk in them sometimes. At time, I have to return to these truths to remind myself of what God says instead of what my mind or man says. These truths change so, so much in our daily lives when it comes to being a witness. One can also look to their appearance within the mirror and let it condemn them as well. That said, never look through your eyes and instead only focus on God’s. This ensures you realize that you’re fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalms 139:14). Remember, the power of God that is within us can overcome any worldly powers or words.
