Ezekiel 14:19-21 reads as follows:
Or if I send a pestilence into that land, and pour out my fury upon it in blood, to cut off from it man and beast: Though Noah, Daniel, and Job were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness. For thus saith the Lord God; How much more when I send my four sore judgments upon Jerusalem, the sword, and the famine, and the noisome beast, and the pestilence, to cut off from it man and beast?
Adding to that, Ezekiel 14:22-23 reads as follows:
Yet, behold, therein shall be left a remnant that shall be brought forth, both sons and daughters: behold, they shall come forth unto you, and ye shall see their way and their doings: and ye shall be comforted concerning the evil that I have brought upon Jerusalem, even concerning all that I have brought upon it. And they shall comfort you, when ye see their ways and their doings: and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord God.
The wrath of God is real and should be considered as we live today. We are shown so much mercy and we should not take this for granted as we often do. Life is precious. We are given the free will to choose to obey God or go our own way. What are you seeking today? Are you even considering what God wants in your daily walk? So many people see you and are impacted by your testimony. I am amazed that so many people don’t know with 100% certainty that their eternal home is Heaven when asked. Many fathers I ask have kids and a wife that are likewise unaware because their father isn’t leading at home in that way. Choose to understand the scriptures in this area of salvation, even if you choose to know nothing else.
Rom 3:23,6:23,5:8,10:9-13
These powerful scriptures are so clear and understandable when it comes to our eternity. Why not consider these verses? Why not ensure you’ve had a time in your life where you KNOW that you’ve received Christ as your savior? If you already have, make sure your family knows these important truths as well. Make sure to then find a good church that believes and teaches straight from the bible and get involved. We have the opportunity to be God’s remnant OR we can choose to serve our flesh and Satan. The latter helps to influence others for an eternity in Hell. Only God knows who is blessed with another day before our time is up. Please, act before it’s too late!
